From community development funds in New York City to executive leadership roles at global financial institutions, he has helped first-generation entrepreneurs and families build financial stability and long-term wealth.

Luis De Los Santos brings more than three decades of enterprise leadership and executive coaching experience across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. A trained engineer and former educator, he equips leaders, especially technical professionals, with the communication and leadership skills needed to drive meaningful impact.

Lucia Gonzalez-Prier has spent over 20 years building pathways for student success in K-12 and higher education. From leading nationally recognized access programs at Carnegie Mellon University to advancing inclusive admissions practices with AI4ALL, her work centers on expanding opportunity and redefining what student and family engagement can look like.
